i take 2 days off in a row.Sunday and Monday.I have started the past two
weeks doing the 1000 calorie workout on Wednesdays. but this Wednesday im
working and will not have time in the morning(which is my prefered time of
day).so I will be doing 1000 calorie tomorrow and wondering if that will be

if a pain or stiffness in the knee is a common soreness – I sometimes get
them after squats… I consulted a trainer who told me my squat posture was
correct…and I have checked up throughly on the internet about squatting
correctly. I seem to be doing it correct – pushing the hip back so that the
knees dont go out over the toes.
