I Got a glat stomach and i am doing this everyday 😂💕 In the start i
couldnt do every1 But now that i did it everyday i Can, im so glad. U Can
also get a flot stomach and ABS if u do this! (I did this to get a flag

+NoiZZeeBoy There is no sustainable diet that you “should” eat. For
example, high carb vegan works for some people, while others cut out carbs
completely. If you don’t know what works for you, either try some diets out
or eat all of the foods you like but in proportion and focus on eating a
lot of fruits, veggies and whole grains. A balanced diet is the way to go!

Balanced diet, lots of vegetables and proportional meals. Also no fizzy
drinks try water, and other homemade juices, hope that helped 🙂

I’ve been doing this workout along with Cambria Joy’s ab workout for summer
and it’s incredible. You feel so great after doing it and it’s definitely
made my stomach tighter. Would recommend these two workouts very highly!!!

I was doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: “kates
fitness journey diet” if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to

+Per Vaz It does as long as you are getting all of your vitamins and
minerals. That is, replacing meat and dairy with their vegan equivalents in
terms of vits and mins. The difference is the form, vegan foods are
generally more healthier like lots of fruits and veggies, compared to meat
and dairy. Plus, they cleanse the body whereas meat and dairy do not.
