cardio. Strength training is one of the best ways to drop weight/body fat,

Love this channel. I do one or two workouts every other day as best I can
and have been doing it for a little over a month. It would be incredibly
awesome if you guys could come up routines that are super easy on the
knees. I’ve hyper-extended mine too many times and my extra weight does not
help (and I am no athlete, all of them were from really dumb things). So if
there are some intermediate to brutal work outs that don’t include lunges
(squats are fine, because you can push your butt out and balance better) or
a lot of jumping/twisting leg movements while standing, it would make my
day, and likely I am definitely not the only one.

I usually skip the lunges, but I know they are great for legs and butt, but
I just can’t do them that well at the moment. Either way, thank you so much
guys for these videos.
