Haven’t done legs in a while, might do this quick one today. I was wondering if you could do another chest video for women, similar to the bust booster one. I do it a few times a week and it really helped lift my breasts but I’m kinda bored of the same seven exercises. I’d really appreciate it if you could do something like that. great exercise….i really want to work on my upperbody….ilove using weights….my arms are big with a little flabbiness not much but i really want to tone them up, what exercises should i do to reduce flab…the under arm kind…..by the way love your routine
