I swear that I crave strength training sometimes. It makes me feel great & there’s something satisfying about a good lifting session. But my life is busy & I don’t usually have time for long workout sessions of any kind – I need my workouts to be efficient, potent, & under 40 minutes. I’ve been exercising with your videos for 2 years and love the variety you provide! One thing I do miss from your older videos is Daniel’s voice over. I feel like one or two new strength training videos with his voice over would be a nice addition to the other great videos for a few reasons. Kelli, you can focus on the exercise at hand without stumbling over words as much and 2. because I think when Daniel has an outside perspective (and not out of breath πŸ˜€ ) he can relay extra information about posture/form, suggestions on pushing yourself better, or point out specific things you’re doing that you may not realize during the execution of the exercise.

Just my two cents. I LOVE ALL of your videos and have no preference with you versus his voiceover. It’s just watching some of the older videos from 2013 or later, I noticed that he can relay more information because he’s not doing the exercise and also tended to give more information about exercises- like what muscles were being affected and what would be changed if the form was altered in some way, etc.

Keep up these videos! I finally went from a 1 day a week back to 3 days a week and soon I hope to go to 4 days a week! I love feeling stronger and more energized! Thanks, you two! <3
