do it, but I definitely failed at the last excercise… 😀 The leg you’re
raising gets tired sooooo really easily

ditto. i think they’re harder because it’s the end of routine. i don’t skip
them because they’re killer good.
i do as many as i can, then drop down and finish with regular side leg lift.
i’ve also found that bending the top leg is easier because it’s closer to
your
body…i’ve learned from their other videos, do as many as you can in good
form, then modify your form to finish.

did 6 very slow lunges on each side and that control definitely gives a

I died too.. but only 2 times. during those pulse lunges and this last one
side plank + leg lift
