I don’t know if you guys will read this but I started working with Fitness Blender in September 5-6 time per week. Honestly speaking, I don’t even know how to express my appreciation to their workouts. My attitude toward gym has totally changed. And my fitness level has improved so much. I doubled the length and duration of my jogging routine today (which I ditched after started using FB in September because their workouts are so much more fun). I had to take breaks in between back in August. Today I completed double the amount WITHOUT ANY BREAKS EASILY. I don’t even know how to express my thrill seeing this drastic improvement.
