I lose weight each summer, and let me tell you it never gets easy. The thing you need to realize most of all is that sport only makes up 30% of your daily calorie output (give or take). It is extremely important to eat correctly, in order to lose the weight. And despite what “fat activists” might say, it really is as simple as calories in vs calories out. After doing sport long enough you plateu, so it’s extremely important to keep to a strict eating regime where everything is calculable. And it doesn’t happen as easily as “walking away the pounds”, but sticking to a good lifestyle will yield results. I hope you have a good year.

LikeA Lol I believe that. I so appreciate the feed back. I’m sure all can attest to having everyone yet feeling alone! And that’s how I feel with this weight. I’ve lost, gained, lost gained. I’m so tired of that and losing it for others…..now I’m determined to do this and for me this time. I haven’t been 200lbs….since 1996…and now I’m there. Im sick about! I’m so nervous, Sacred, and excited alllll at the same time. Afraid of failure. But I will pick myself up, dust off my feet and keep at it. Thx for the input….I need it.

Find a group!!! I started a 30 day challenge group 2 years ago…and we still hold each other accountable daily! Always, always, always remember you ARE worth 30-45 mins to yourself!! Being a mom is one of the very hardest jobs in the world!!
Try to find a routine with it….before you know it, the workouts will be like waking up in the morning and brushing your teeth!
Nutrition is key also!! Don’t deprive yourself! Try the 85/15 (85 percent wholesome food 15 percent treats) rule. When I have helped people, I find this is the most difficult aspect. Don’t try and do a complete 180!
It takes time, but it’s worth it!! Good luck!!
