Quick question you write calories burned in your workouts, how is that affected by the weight of person doing it. Lets say I’m 6’0 and I weigh 228lbs how much calories do I burn by doing this? It is a great workout by the way.

I normally do the other workouts you guys have, more cardio/hiit /strength etc. And ive come to the conclusion lol how uncoordinated i am with the whole kickboxing thing.
