was doing this exercises together with some diet (just google: “kates
fitness journey diet” if you want to find it :)) and i can recommend it to

that only targeting your abs through ab workouts WON’T get you anywhere.
you need to do strength training, cardio, hiit, pilates…VARIETY. and eat
clean, whole, HEALTHY foods! it takes a long time to see results, but with
dedication and commitment, anything’s possible!

How often should I do this exercise. (Of course I have to eat healthier and

recover. you can do low impact workouts or strength training in-between the
days your not doing hitt

As you said “Insane”. The first time I did this workout I couldn’t do it
all, I only managed 30 mins or less. However, the second time I made it,
workout completed. Though, some exercises I couldn’t keep up with kelly
cause they were so hard. Now they are much easier to me and I feel that I’m
fit 🙂 Go guys, we can do it

having no more…my legs and arms felt like noodles lol…I will definitely
keep this in my playlist…I cannot wait to be able to complete the whole
