wanted to say thankyou FitnessBlender! Exercise is a part of my life, it
makes me feel ready to go to work and put in my all. I feel stronger and
proud of myself for just giving it a go every day. I love pilates, and
your workouts are terrific. There isn’t enough yoga out there, that could
be a popular workout. What would be the FitnessBlender twist on Yoga?

I am enjoying the variety in your workouts, as anybody who exercises
regularly

knows, your body gets used to commonly done workouts. Variety really is
the key. I would recomnmend your channel to anyone who is interested in

Is there any workout to help lose the weight of the lower belly?

Reverse crunches are awesome for lower abs.

What you do is go into crunch position (i.e., laying on back, arms extended
to sides, knees bent and upright) and then curl your knees to your chest,
keeping the knees as close to your body as possible.

Keep your back against the floor and hands stationary (for an even harder
workout, leave your hands floating six inches above ground while doing the
crunch.

While these don’t get rid of that layer of fat (which is NEEDED in order to
have your abs visible) this targets the lower abs for strengthening, which
is the difference between a four pack, and a six/eight pack.

+shaira talukdar Also, unless you are vegan/vegetarian you don’t need to be
getting a lot of additional protein. If you meat, then get it from real
food. Also, it’s my understanding that too much protein unless it is used
up will turn to fat. The fitness blender guys have a LOT of strength
training videos. If you go to their website and use the search function and
click strength training for which ever part of the body, it will give you a
good selection of videos. HIIT cardio is a great cardio for fat loss and
they have a lot of that as well.

+Rob Pwr Well, you can’t spot reduce, but with cardio, strength training
and eating clean, you will lose fat everywhere, the body decides where that
is. Usually if you do it, belly fat will be there. It’s not like you will
lose fat in just your breasts or anything. For me, eating clean makes my
stomach area look much better. I can see my ab muscles much more when I do
so.

From all the different websites and videos I have read/watched, the general
conclusion is that you can’t target specific bits of fat to lose. You’ll
lose fat but the body decides where it goes. So basically there is no “lose
belly fat workout”. Just stick to working out and eating clean and you’ll
get there 🙂

i do cardio and i eat very healthily and alot of protein, what would you
define as strength training is there a video that will go well with cardio
to get rid of belly fat?thanks i would really appreciate it

anyway… i enjoy watching Fintnessblender videos and they are superb…
once can easily do those steps at home. so no excuse for not having time
for gym or not having enough space in your bedroom …:)

It so hard to follow you doing the excercises, I mean I have to take rest
no matter what, do you think that maybe doing this kind of excercise for 3
weeks I’d be allowed to not resting like you do?
