On the second exercise when you mentioned about using bands to add weight and resistance, would you guys consider doing a resistance band workout for the glutes & thighs? I have recently brought some and I’m wondering what the best exercises are when using them. There are hundreds of other workouts about them on youtube but I don’t know I just trust you guys the most haha 🙂

Found your channel and have to say these workouts are the best I’ve found anywhere! Last week a water pipe burst in the lower level of the gym I go to so they had to close for the day. A day after the top level was opened and they closed the lower level. Today, there was a sign on the door saying the fire department closed the gym till further notice cause they found the gym to be unsafe. My body was dying for a workout which lead me to your channel. Thank you for the great workout!!
