so reassuring to know that you can train your body into being a lean
machine at home, without the squat rack and barbells/typical gym equipment.
Do you have any pointers about nutrition? How to work out your calories and
how to increase them when you’re growing your muscles and drop them when
you start losing weight and want to reduce fat? I find training enjoyable
and more easy to understand in comparison to how much protein I should be
having and what macros I should be hitting per day.
