Miss lemony lemon trolls why by concerned about being first. Why dont you be the first to actually do the workout and come back 40 minutes and comment “first”.then we ‘d all be impessed.

Lost Treasures says:

Hey Kelli and Daniel! How did you both start lifting weights as beginners? I feel discouraged when I have to use no equipment during the strength training workouts so how would you recommend to start off ? Thank you so much:)

FitnessBlender says:

They’re right; start off light – or with nothing at all if you need to – and focus on really getting comfortable and confident in your form. Once you feel like you’ve got the form down, that’s when you start increasing the amount of weight you’re lifting, still constantly staying mindful of form. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else, just focus on pushing yourself a little further each time.

Lost Treasures says:

Thank you Khadija:)

Hi, years ago I started using a soup can in each hand.Β  Started with that little bit and then had 1 pound hand weights and slowly went from there.

I’ve had more results with you two than I ever did with the insanity workout. Keep it up.

I’ve spent my summer doing a different workout every day from a variety of different sources, and I want you both to know Fitness Blender is my favorite source (and my kids’ too). Telling me up front what I need for the workout is a big deal to this organized gal, and I love the preview, timer, and calorie displays. Thanks for being a step above the rest and for helping this mom of three trim some jiggle! It’s encouraging to me to see real sweat and deep breathing from my instructors, too! We’re all feeling the burn! Keep up the good work!

TheTigereye22 says:

Do you guys think you could upload normal cardio workouts (no HIIT) again aswell? πŸ™‚ That would be awesome!

Aleksandra Ostrowska says:

Yep! Some middle range cardio moves, when you want to sweat, but don’t feel like doing hiit… I know there are a lot of those already, but still πŸ™‚

And I am waiting for some nice long yoga routine!

WKE Three says:

Don’t forget that any of their HIIT routines can be adapted to low intensity. If you take the jump out of every movement and move one leg at a time as you kick out for burbees (one example) you definitely dial down the intensity. You can also just slow down the movements in general to make it a more “normal” workout. Just my two cents.

FitnessBlender says:

Definitely! We’re constantly rotating our training types each week/month. Keep the requests coming πŸ™‚

FitnessBlender says:

Great point!

Majeed says:

Thanks a lot Kelli & Daniel ..

Red FrenchHorn says:

Just by looking at this I can see and hear how painful, tiring, confusing, and just plain awesome this workout is. Thank you for creating it I know I will possibly die and have fun doing this as well. I can’t wait to try it actually. Since today is my lower body day I may consider doing this tomorrow GOD willing. The more intense and tiring a workout looks the more I want to try it so it just may be the workout I do. Although I felt sorry for Daniel because of how confused and tired he kept getting but he still pushed through and if he can do it so can we. πŸ˜€
