We have done many, and will continue to do so! But, all you have to do to make this vegan is leave off the parmesan. Usually all it takes is 1 simple modification, so don’t feel like if it doesn’t have a specific “vegan” tag, that it can’t work for you.

Love these recipes! I used to think eating healthy was just salads,.salads and salads. (I like salads but still.) These are just right for my eating style and habits. Almost the same. Lots of sautรฉed veggies, spice, salt and rice and pasta.
