Hello in Singapore! I love working out barefoot. It does open up a new set of risks – you could drop something on your foot, you need to make sure the surface you’re on is safe and level, and not too brutal to land on, etc – but generally speaking, I love working out barefoot. Be aware of how you’re landing, what you’re landing on, and start small (with short workouts) to make sure that you’re handling it well.
