You go girl! walking regularly should really help you when giving birth. try using a gym ball if your gym has it – it does wonders! I was heavily overweight when I was pregnant and I really wish I was active and didn’t binge so much – I was upset about gaining weight too. however I’ve lost almost 48 pounds since giving birth (that was 2.5 years ago), and have 22 pounds to go. keep going Jen! never give up πŸ˜€
