I use the Sony hx80 but I started my Journey filming on my iPhone and still do sometimes.
You go girl! Unfortunately ( or not) for me starts are easy. I lose 30 or 40lbs and after aprox. 3 months, I get lazy and I start to indulge myself more and more. So, I’m living each day preparing myself for that moment, not to give up. Anyway, You rock girl! 3.4 in 5 days! 😘😘😘
I understand, maybe try a different approach where you go at it slower and steadier, less strict so you stick to it longer term

I don’t believe completely cutting any one food out of your diet is sustainable. I don’t think carbs are evil, I believe moderation and balance is key to a healthy lifestyle
Thanks … I am trying the Keto for medical reasons pcos and insulin resistance and it has helped me a lot. Let’s see how long I can last 😁 and if it really works.

Yes girl! Way to go! I felt the same way this week. I knew I said I wanted to lose some weight but I wasn’t completely motivated until I got on that scale Friday morning and had lost. I have the hardest time on the weekends. I always seem to gain because I just let lose but was firm this weekend and had my one cheat meal and stuck with eating healthy the rest. Super proud and motivated for this week.

Just what I needed to hear this morning! I’m 2 lbs under my prepregnancy weight (211) and I’m struggling really hard to stay on task and be mindful of what I’m eating. I am off 3 days a week so my goal until the end of February is to do a workout each day I am off!
