Not certain about the points made but you need to know that follow wrong
exercises without a proper plan just waste your time & can make you get
injure, if anyone else wants to get belly flat, try *Imodstyle Lose Belly
Fat* (should be on google have a look ). I’ve seen some amazing things
about it! My sister lost 3 inches off her belly, in over 3 weeks! She lose
about 10 pounds in first 2 week just by follow these exercises!

I have the same problem.I don’t think there’s something you can do about
it. I just try to tuck my belly in as much as possible during the whole
excercise.
Maybe you have a hyperlordosis in your lumbar spine ( I have that) or short
hamstrings
