Jen, you are so inspiring because you always keep it real. I lost 35 pounds last year and still need to lose another 20 to get to a healthy weight. I still struggle everyday, especially with food. I’ve made a habit of working out, but food is a lot harder to control. I’ve been an emotional eater since I was a child and have made it my best friend/enemy. You are doing awesome! I “only” lost .5 pounds this week but since I started on January 4th I’ve lost 11 pounds πŸ™ŒπŸΌ I am proud but sometimes seeing weekly lows are hard! I also always want to binge 😩 and with a toddler and a baby it’s not always easy to find the time to make 100# fresh healthy food but I am making it a priority! Meal prepping is really helping me. My hubby got me an instant pot for Valentine’s Day and I’m loooving that it’s keeping cooking fun!

I live with my parents and im the one who cooks for everyone and with a baby its so hard beacuse there are times where you think ill just eat this dont have time to cook. My daughter’s birthday led to cake, mcdonalds and party food…. then i let it carry on and kept snacking and had take out… then valentines day came and we had a meal out (no good choices made!) I’m determined not to get back to where I was but seem to continue to self sabotage! I think i will try to get a workout in tomorrow even if i have to involve my kids with it! And plan plan plan my food! I love how real your videos are… you help me SO much to get motivated!

I ended up giving up. I tried a diet that didn’t end up working for me. The keto diet I just couldn’t stick to it I love my carbs to much lol πŸ˜‚. But I plan on just eating more fruits and veggies and cutting soda and fast food out.
