hiii fitness blender i love ur videos sooo much!
i just have a question if i was working out my glutes with weights too and
did see a difference and this whole process continued for 5 months and my
butt got a bit bigger and toned and lifted
how much will it take for my glutes to regain their normal size after i
stop??
