You guys killed it (and me) again! Been with FitnessBlender since 2013 and I feel like you offer the best workouts including HIIT Cardio and Strength Training, it works the best for me.

In this video I would have prefered different HIIT groups between the strength parts..was kinda disappointed when I had to do the same exercises again 😀
