FitnessBlender I love your stuff. However, have you guys taken a look at
the recent research which indicates that cardio acceleration before each
resistance set is far superior to doing cardio in one chunk and then doing
the resistance. The “integrated concurrent strength and aerobic endurance”
training doubled the fat loss even though ONLY the order of the exercise
was changed. Who knows if they are right. The scientists keep changing
their minds. But I was wondering? Keep up the good work.

standalone that has a strategy of it’s own. Which leads me to my next
point; it sounds like they are talking specifically about “fat loss”
(though I have seen some studies which suggest the training style is also
good for building/maintaining muscle), which is really only one limited
aspect of “fitness” or being healthy. There are advantages and drawbacks to
every training style, which is one of the reasons we mix it up so often.
