Have you tried strength training yet? HIIT off-days are a great time to target the upper body or core, stretch, do a little moderate intensity cardio, etc.

5-6 days a week, for 45-60 min. Longer on Tues & Thursdays when I meet with my running group. I’ve been working out with FB for the past 4+ years. I’ve maintained my weightloss and have added so much more muscle/strength development. My goal is to be strong not skinny! ๐Ÿ™‚

Just wondering if you guys do any “non-Fitnessblender” workouts as well? Do you supplement with running, swimming, biking, walking, etc?
