This is an intense program but we always recommend that people modify and move at their own pace. Many of the workout videos in this program do show low impact modifications, so it largely comes down to how comfortable you are in making those slight changes for yourself. Hello! We do the best that we can, which is why we have over 500 free workout videos and a ton of health, nutrition and fitness information on our site. Unfortunately, our website is incredibly expensive to run, and the workout videos are also very time consuming and expensive to create. The programs are what allow us to keep everything else for free, and we even keep the programs very cheap (plus, you can repeat them over and over again at no charge). You can also check out our 5 day challenges; we have several, and they would be a good way to teach yourself how to best use our videos to build your own program.
