Hi Kelli, I’ve been working out with you guys for 7 years now but never tried these programs (girl is broke but vowed to donate to your website from my first paycheck when I finally find a job!) Anyway, had to stop for 4 months and when I got back to workouts at last.. I had a car accident last month -.- I’m fine now, cleared to workout, got back on track gradually and currently doing 5 days strong & lean. My question is: Is it ok to do this strong program every single day? Are there rest days/recovery workout days? Can I for example combine it with FBReach which I’ve been needing lately? (Did 3 day flexibility to get back on track) wish I could buy all the new gear and a program or 2! Btw got a hoodie and tee from one of your old gears as a gift once!

I love FB. It is the only fitness channel I use. I love your mellow personalities, your encouragement, and your philosophy. I’m hoping to see more low impact HIIT and cardio workouts for intermediate or advanced users…I’m in pretty good shape, work out regularly, but my knees keep me from jumping (which is a bummer because I love jacks, squat jumps, etc). If you all have any ideas for low impact programs for folks who are not beginners, that would be SWEEEET! ❤️

This is so perfect! I’ve been wanting to just do lifting workouts for awhile. Sometimes cardio just seems so daunting. Especially when you’re starting out bigger, and worried about your knees, etc. Also, the feeling I get after lifting never compares to cardio! I feel so strong and like I could take on anything! I think it’s important that more women feel that way about themselves. 🙂
