I am right there with you. I lost 50 pounds after my first son and I gained it all back with my second pregnancy. Now I’m so tired and unmotivated (and always hungry from breastfeeding) that focusing on weightloss is so overwhelming. Trying to focus on one thing could be a good start. I understand the hiding too. Been in my house with the kiddos all week.

My first wanted nothing to do with breastfeeding so I am so gratefuly second took to it. I honestly love breastfeeding, I just know it makes the weightloss harder because your body needs the extra calories. Too bad your body craves the not so great stuff.

I AM WITH YOU!! September 1st will be 5 years that i quit smoking. I had patches and gum at first and avoided drinking and friends who smoked for quite a time until i was able to control myself. (Ended up basically stop drinking in the process too lol ) but i had those things to help. Lossing weight has been a struggle my whole life. Especially after my second daughter. I gained over 100 pounds and havent stopped. Went on a few months of doing good and lost 60 lbs. But i gained it all back and then some. I need to find those comfort helpers like i had when i quit smoking. Now days i dont even remember i used to smoke and it grosses me out. Hate the smell of it. So if i could do that … I can do this. I hope….

Have you tried setting an alarm on your phone to remind you to drink water? I know it’s probably hard with George to get up when it goes off, but at least it would remind you when you get busy. Just a thought.

Yeah it took me almost 2 years to lose all my weight from my first pregnancy due to motivation and very slow weightloss. Once I started working out at home, it really helped.
