I started loving my jawline in the summer but since I’ve gained about 20lbs I’ve noticed my cheeks getting a bit chubbier and my double chin making an appearance.

Trust your body. I didn’t lose or gain during the first half of my pregnancy from there I only gained 15lbs by just listening to what my body said to eat. By 6 weeks post partum I had lost 10 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight.

Don’t know if you can get it in Canada but Barilla makes a veggie dry pasta, that adds something like 1 1/2 servings of vegetables in just the pasta, may be another way to sneak in more vegetables, it tastes good, a lot like just tri-color pasta.

So I’m going to throw out some random thoughts from this vlog. With both of my pregnancies I lost weight. I didn’t gain one pound. I wasn’t overly sick or anything, just some morning sickness in the beginning but I wanted to eat so much healthier. I craved healthy foods. Towards the end I started craving fatty, fried and delicious pizza so I definitely indulged in that lol. So maybe that will happen to you. Either way, if you’re healthy and happy that’s what matters.

As for the constipation, I had the same issue with my first and I found out it was from my prenatal. I ended up switching and it fixed it. Maybe that’s something you can look into. I can tell you which one I was on if you’re interested. With my second I took the same prenatal and I was fine.

My goal is so get pregnant immediately after my weight loss journey when I reach my goal weight (I have a YouTube where I’m currently documenting my weight loss). I know I’m young but I was diagnosed with PCOS which means I probably have a high chance of infertility. But man it must be hard to maintain your healthy eating habits while pregnant..

I am overweight and was overweight when I got pregnant. I ended up getting GD while pregnant and I had to watch what I ate. walked after every meal. after I had my son I was 20 pounds lighter than when I started. just eat lots of protein and veggies. limit carbs. you don’t need much. lots of long long walks. no junk food. you’ll lose weight in a healthy way.
