Shoulders and Neck Joins are the Most-wanted parts of Body for injuries.
You know what I mean. You injure your shoulders more than any other body
parts. The best way to avoid any cramp or tend you should do 2 to 3 warm up
sets with light weight at start of your workout. Do 20-25 reps with light
weight dumbbells (dumbbell press or fly). After that, you can lift as much
weight as possible without any fear.
Keep this in mind that you shoulder’s rotator cuff is not made for over
pressure. Don’t pressure your shoulder further but backward to avoid
serious injury of rotator cuff.

Can someone help me with what workouts to do for a week to lose 40 pounds
,I’ve been working out since 1.5 years with FB ,I actually lost 20 pounds
last year but gained it all back due to poor food choices and its becoming
really hard for me to lose weight. I’d be glad if some one helped me with
their work out routines
I’m a student from India and therefore cannot buy any of their plans online
Please help!

I want to gain muscle and burn fat do you think this is possible with your
workouts and a balanced diet?

What do you guys think if carb cycling? Would that be more effective than
just eating balanced?

+Mary Martin Gaining muscle and burning fat is DEFINITELY possible with
Fitness Blender workouts, some of their before and after are incredible.. I
personally have gained more muscle and have lost fat content. From their
videos and my own views I’d definitely definitely suggest a balanced diet,
your body needs all the different types of food groups, in moderation. Eat
a healthy, balanced diet, workout with Fitness Blender, listen to your body
and I swear you will see and feel a difference within a week or two (:

Added this to my Shoulder and Lats routine. Also, I don’t do the Elvis. I
do, what I call, the terminator. I just bear my teeth and clench my jaw.
I still breathe though :-)

upper body move. It is pretty odd and hilarious, I must admit! Haha :-)
