Question, I did a full body workout once and it felt great, I was so
motivated to do it the next day but the next day my body was so incredibly
sore I couldn’t do a thing. Am I still supposed to work out if I feel that
way, does this work out make you feel that way, is it something I do
everyday? Your advice will certainly be helpful, thanks.

Amber , if you’re really sore the next day it’s best to give your muscles a
break, you don’t want to hurt yourself even more and risk damaging them.
Regardless of being sore, you’re meant to give your muscles some time to
recover in between workouts.

This is why people do what are called “splits”. Basically it means that you
just work out a certain part of the body (For example upper body) on one
day, because then you can work out another part the next day (lower body),
without being sore in those muscles, and then you can keep switching
between them. There are a lot of different types of “splits”, upper/lower
body is just one example 🙂
